How to do PVE and level in Rifleman.

You have two options of doing this---

You can either get Flushing Shot 2 first...

Or, you can get Concealment line first.

Concealment shot is an awesome, awesome PVE tool. From 50+ meters, no NPC or creature will agro you, they won't notice they've been hit. They will eventually agro you though, I believe..Flushing Shot 2 is a very very powerful AOE special. With a T21 with a 30% damage slice, and a 33% damage powerup, you can do around 4k in PVE with this. Flushing Shot 2 does some nice damage in PVP too. For the solo PVE person without a good tank pet, concealment line is the way to go. If you have a real real nice pet to tank though, get the flushing shot 2. Like I said, it's AOE and it Stuns. Once you get one of either, it's pretty smart to go up the sniping line, or get the line you missed, it's your choice.

In order to PVP in Rifleman, I would have -4-/-Whateveryouwant-/-3-/-3or4- The speed is crucial. With the new decay, it's a risk people don't want to take nowadays. But, there's a way to get around decay, to some extent. Buy droids. Storage droids, they can hold all of your spare equipment, it won't decay when you die. Each droid can hold 10 items, so you may need 5-10 droids. But, what you can't store and need for the PVP, insure. ALWAYS insure. Get a composite helmet, with 75%+ resists, and a comp chest plate with around the same stats. Also- Buy a crate or two of 50% or so MK3 generators, they only last so long, but in a PVP fight, dang, they can save your ass. Once one hits 0 condition, destroy it, and get another. When out of battle, unequip the armor, you will regenerate faster.

Your weapon of choice for battle is your choice, but here is a little guidance.

Laser Rifles are Medium Armor Piercing and do around 650 max (What is says on the weapon)

Jawa Ions are Light Armor Piercing and do 350 max, and they go right through comp armor, so you will be pluggin' away at people.

With the T21, you need speed, so wait til you get real high in rifleman, if not til master.

Remember, You can be effective in PVP with rifleman if you are about 4/0/3/3 or 4, but I recommend master.

Thanks much all, and I hope you all liked it.

one thing i also want to ass is that night sister stalkers drop a rare thing called night sister shards they are used in the construction of armor segments and they got -10 mind encumbrance. You could lower the ecumbrance alot with them. Also don't forget food and spice they could boost your stats to the point that it won't matter if you wear a composite helm or not.

Yep, try to have the best comp helm possible made for you. And chest plate. Food and Drink and Buffs and Spice are VITAL to PVP, as in, don't do it if you don't have them. Muon gold is the way to go. Angerian Fishak Suprise rules. And a lot of other things.

-14 on the action, mind, or health encumbrance? It reduces it.

I'm pretty sure Shadowfire meant he had something to ADD, but anyways...about those NS shards.

I got some of them tonight and was wondering if anyone knew if the -14 (as mine happen to be ) stack? Or is it -14 on the overall finished product? Thanks!
