25k?! **edit**, over here on bloodfin they go for around 50k ish. At least the last time I checked. Congrats on the damage slices, I can't wait to grind out the rest of the way to master and slicer so I can do those for myself. That way I can only get pissed at the wuk and not the smuggler

I would NOT pay 50K on any server unless a couple of things were true:

1. The base damage is much higher than 335 (it would have to be at least 370 or more)

2. or else the rifle was PRE-sliced so that it was at least 420 or more
(With AP taken into effect, a 420 T21 is about the same as a 525 Laser Rifle ... better because the minimum damage is higher... worse because the HAM is higher).

The vendors here that sell the T21'sfor 25K usually also have "pre-sliced" vendor machines where the damage sliced T21s go for 40K. I have some Laser Rifles that are around 520-530 sliced (no powerups) and I tend to use them MORE than the T21. So my advice is to save your money and hope your T21's drop in price.

I found a couple for 18k each. Still have to get those sliced...

This is the reason I am willing to pay more for a pre-sliced weapon, it is cheaper in the long run.

Tell that to all our weaponsmiths. I think it is just inflation thanks to bugfin being the "PvP" server. However last time I checked (a few weeks ago) that was the going rate at a few vendors. Oh well, thats oligarchy for you. Oh and the base damage is deffinitely higher, I think 340's were low end but again it has been a while and I never pay much attention when I'm window shopping.

I have been the poster boy for SPEED slices. Out of the first 22 weapons I bought, 19 or 20 of them got speed slices. After I made master Rifleman I still got speed slices. Last week I bought 3 republic blasters and a T21 one night, figuring I could get ONE high-damage pistol: speed, speed, speed, speed.

Then last weekend I had built my cash reserves up to a comfortable amount. I decided to look in on one of my favorite vendors near Theed on Naboo. Apparently hehad just stocked T21s that day. I bought THREE unsliced T21s at around 335 max damage for 25K each. I headed back into Theed and found a master smuggler.I traded to him and sat down with my Kleenex ready to cry again.

"Damage, 18%". "Really?", I thought, "Did he just say the 'D' word?"

"Damage, 28%" I rubbed my eyes and cleaned my glasses so I could see the screen clearly...

"Damage, 33%" *Gasp*, *Pant*, give me air! please... can't breath.... heart pounding....

This nightmade all of the speed slices that came before it just a faint memory........

Hehe, grats! That's the reward for leveling all that way without pets

Not gonna give the name out, but the weaponsmith in our guild gives em to me for 4k apiece...its good to be me.
