Thread: TC changes to AP?

I was reading the WS forum, and saw a post saying the AP system was overhauled on TC. He was asking for more info about the changes. Has anyone else checked to see how AP has changed?

Forgot to say the "he" was the weaponsmith corespondant. Posted it in his state of the profession sticky post.
