Thread: Having second thoughts about rifleman.. maybe

I just got novice rifleman today, and even though i have annother account with a doctor/musician/dancer (tech IV in both musician and dancer for 75% buffs) the mind costs of specials seems pretty extreme to me, and that's even when only wearing ubese, not my super heavy pvp armor
im a zabrak, so i have 500 focus, 900 willpower and 1000 mind
i already unlocked my FS slot, so i don't really have anything to lose on this char, and i'm kinda thinking about deleting him and remaking a human with 1100 focus (1925 all the time pretty much) and 1925 willpower too..
loss of equilibrium will be bad but i usually forget to use it anyways..
Is it worth it going human?

Human will eventually be fixed so you might want to stick with Zabrak.The wayhuman mitigation functions now is not intended and will eventually change.

If you are thinking about scrapping your Zabrak for a new Rifleman Template, allow me to suggest the Mon Cal. Focus maxes out at 800, Willpower at 650, and the mind pool caps out at around 1300. Add in Master Doc, and you can dump into your Mind stats, as well as your secondaries, and throw out your Health/Action pools. I know a few folks who have done this on my server, and they are quite pleased. I would, but I don't think my Rancor would like that very much

I think you should quit Rifleman Elzaa. You should sell me the rifle spd plate(s) you just bought at auction cause you won't need them anymore. What you have seen so far is all you will ever see out of Rifleman....they shoot too slow and they kill their own minds too fast.

going to go human when i get back home from florida in 2 weeks, 1750 mind/willpower/focus sounds good to me! plus i think my 480 dmg jawa ion rifle(pu'd) will come in handy on your 96% armor ^^ allthough it has 80% energy.. i'll go with the jawa regardless

Did I mention I also have 90% base stun layered composite?....no, I probably don't have any. I probably don't have 36% base PSGs either. Why would I patch the biggest weakness in uber-armor?
