Thread: Rifleman and pistoleer, bad combo?

Hi, I'm considering going the rifleman route, while my friend is a pistoleer. If we group, just the 2 of us, will we not be complementing each other that much, since we will be doing damage to different stat pools? Will we be killing just as fast as if we were soloing? Would we be better off choosing the same type of weapon? Thanks.

if you both want to work together all the time then yes you should be using the same weapon type ideally..
if you dont use specials then fights will take longer (as you wont be focusing on one pool only) but it will work out better than both of you aiming at differing pools - both exp and time wise..
I guess you just need to work out what your priorities are: group exp? solo play? general fav wep?
