Hi everybody! I got a question concerning Rifle Speed Attachments and would appreciate your help.
So there it is:
Q: How much faster do you shoot (in seconds) for each +1 Rifle Speed Attachment Point?

it all depends.. with the speed system now you won't notice any difference between say 75 and 76.. but once you hit master... with master marksman.. you have 95... and with 96 you may notice a difference because with 95 you hit speed cap with strafe 2 with a 5.7speed rifle but with 96 you can hit speed cap witha 7.1speed rifle.
this is the damage calc i'm using on this

according to this the 1.0 speed can be acheived with a higher speed then 7.1 but the best DPS is with a 7.1 speed rifle.. not sure why

Don't speed attachments wear out your gun faster? Don't u want a damage attachment?

You put attachments into clothing or armor and they do not affect your rifle's condition. You do want speed tapes or plates(there are none for damage- nice idea though
). Power-ups do wear out your condition faster and Masters will want the damage ones, yes.

It may seem that the speed attachments wear out your gun faster because well....you are shooting more often because you are....faster.
At master rifleman youshould definetely use dmg powerups.
A note to everyone...getting over +100 speed for any profession isa waste. As the current speed calculations work, +100 will put any weapon with any special at the 1.0s cap
