Thread: 700+ Max Damage T-21

I've seen a couple of 700+ max damage T-21's on my server (Radiant). Where do I get one of those?

I've asked a few people that I've seen with them and they don't want to tell anyone. One guy just said, get a t-21 with max damage around 400 and hope for a good slice. That sounds like BS to me.

Any Ideas?

Isaw one on a WS's wall the other night. The guy was there and I offered him a million cash for it right then and there. He would not part with it though. Makes me believe they are either some sort of bugged/exploitted weapon or they are so extremely rare it's impossible to get one!

Most aremulti-slice exploited, it is not possible to get 700 damage on the current version of the T21 without powerup. 700 would require something like a 35% damage slice on a weapon built with +120 damage krayt tissues or a legendary rifle barrel.


IIRC one of the older T21s (during the nerf/unnerf/renerf cycle) had higher damage and was much slower, but Lowca didn't have resources to make them until long after that, so I have no idea what old T21 stats are like.

One guy I talked to said his guilds weaponsmith was still making them. I asked if I could buy one and he said that they were only making them for thier guild members.

You can also have some T-21 schems that were made in the 24h window when the devs tried to change experimentation about a month ago.



If the WS made a couple of schems during those 24 hours of advanced APHs and other componnents, then yes he can make T-21s in the 500 max dam range unsliced with no PU.


But theese are freak occurances, and as soon as their stock is used up, they won't be able to make any more of theese.



it's either that or double sliced guns cause our top WS on radiant has a 404 max dam on it's t-21

It can't be that unless that guy found some huge bug in the patch day crafting system and exploited the hell out of it. One of the weaponsmiths on Lowca made tons of patch day schematics and posted stats (http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=lowca_trade&message.id=50830). Nothing got more than +20ish damage above non-patch day weapons, and adv stock experimentation was even more broken than usual so you could not make any good stocks that day.


You can tell if a weapon is multi-sliced by looking at the ratio of min to max damage. If it has the same ratio as an unsliced version but the damage is more than 35% better, it's multi-sliced.

There were several methods of multi-slicing, I know one double-slice exploit (something with abusing the radial menu so you could finish a slice and select slice in the radial at the same time which would open another slice box) and the really big one, the trade-window multi-slice. Apparently you could offer an itemto a smuggler, he'd use radial in the trade box to open the slice menu, and it'd stay up even when the trade was cancelled and another smuggler did the same thing. This method was limited only by the number of smugglers you could get in one area, and there were a lot of people running around with 90% resist 0 HAM armor and 0.0 speed 2000 damage weapons before they fixed it and started banning them.

There was also something to do with slicing and powerups that would base the slice on the powerupped stats, but that was before all the other ones and I don't think it was very widely known.


I only know this because people told me about it. I'm not a smuggler, I've never been a smuggler, and I do not exploit. I was banned from the forums for a week because I saw someone selling multi-sliced weapons on the trade forum, so I reported the thread and posted mathematical proof that the weapons were exploited, and they deleted my post. So I reposted it and sent in another report with text something like "selling multi-slice exploited weapons on the forum. i will report this every two hours until it is deleted, and if my post isdeleted again i will repost until something is done". They finally deleted it,and I posted a public service announcement in the main Lowca board saying "[soandso] is selling exploited weapons, do not buy from him" and containing all the proof from the other thread. The exploiter's friends and alt accounts tried defending him by inventing incredibly unlikely situations and didn't really do anything except make themselves look like idiots. then they deleted all my damn posts again and locked the thread saying it was not appropriate for the community forum or some **edit**. i was pissed, so i posted another thread asking what is the point of a server forum if we cannot discuss issues like exploiters which affect the entire server. That one got deleted within 10 minutes and I got a week's ban for "trolling", but they didn't even have the common courtesy to tell me that. I had to go in the chatroom and ask a CSR.


... and that's what started me down this path of bitterness and not playing the game any more.

We had a weaponsmith on our server (I say "had", because I'm not sure if he was ever proven to be exploiting and banned, or not), but he was creating some very questionable weapons that would support a power-up type exploit.

He had, for example, some speed-sliced T-21s with a max 405 damage. Alongside were some damage sliced T-21s with max 587 damage (same serial numbers as the speed sliced guns). If ya do the math that's a 45% damage slice, which shouldn't be possible on a weapon.

The fact that his min damage wasn't sliced for the same % as the max on his damage sliced guns really made ya scratch your head.

my rifle is 750 after slice and powerup. its not krayted or anything... i guess t21s just range from different servers.

he's talking about guns without a powerup though. I can get mine over 700 with a p-up on it.

What the heck is a multi-slice exploit? I thought you couldn't slice something more than once.

thats why its an exploit...


you used to be able to double slice a weapon, but they fixed it.. (there were some smugglers that got a permban for doing it btw )


I was a smuggler in those days, and you got no idea how many people wanted me to do it.. always refused of course..
