Thread: How do I go about killing NS elders?

I am curious to know... how does some one who is MRM only go about killing NS elders?? this is my first ranged profession... ive been swordsman/fencer for a long time soo NS were cake.... but whats the strategy invloved to take out NS elders??

One way is to do a quick 2-line macro to loop Conceal Shot. Its random pool, so its not going to be anywhere near as fast as what you used to do as a Swordsman.
Takecover, hit the macro, go watch TV. Come backperiodically to insert weapon powerupsand make sure she doesn't have that 1 point bleed that will aggro her.
You could just headshot her to death, but as MRM only, it would suck having no tank and you with no melee mitigation or intimidate or other goodies to use on her.

While I agree that conceal shot thing works, it will take you fricking 25-30 mins per Elder solo. Get a tank to come along or just get Novice Brawler man, much easier that way. Even tho you dont have the melee mit, but Intimidate is invaluable as you alr know. Mix a lil CM in there as well to speed things up.

Why solo just get a swordsman with some medic skill and kill them in a few mins. tracking also helps 
. even thou you share the loot not all that bad you can kill double the amount easily.

If you have novice brawler from fencer/swordsman still try using intimidate its makes elders almost useless.

Very likely you won't be able to. Chances are concealing you will bleed it at some point and agro it. I have solo'd an elder with rifle only, have to keep it at max range and kite it, after a while it will turn to head back, move in and spam hs3 again, then back and repeat. With only rifleman and no terrain negotiation from scout tree, if it gets within say 40m it will close you down and your only escape is burst run. Basically it will take you an age to do. By far the easiest way is to get someone to tank for you, tkm or swordsman and own up its mind from your ideal range with a T21. Takes no time at all especially if you or your friend can use poison.
