Can someone please answer the following for me...
1) How much food (i.e. brandy, canape, ahrisa) do you need to take to eliminateHAM costs for head shot 3 while using a 100+ mind cost T21without any armor on?
2) How much food for no HAM costswith a full suit of comp that is roughly 700/700/700
any input would be appreciated
I've just been curious with the new wookiee armors coming out and since they are so low on encumbrance I've considered taking up rifleman since our armor has such low HAM

With no armor, 1 Vasarian Brandy is enough for me. However, I have 1100 Focus already. Being a Wookiee, you may need more. Also, my T-21 isn't quite 100+ Mind cost. I'd say1 Ahrisa and1 Brandy should be enough. That will give you over 800 more focus for 30-45 minutes. When you get to 1600-ish Focus, your HAM costs with be gone, so just aim for that

With a full suit of composite, you may need 2 Ahrisa and 2 Brandies depending on how high/low your Focus is. You won't be able to take more than 2 Ahrisa, 2 Brandies, and 1 Muon Gold at a time though, so try to get your Focus as high as possible. With Dancer and Musician buffs, you may not even need any food or drink at all!

Of course it depends on the quality of the foods, but Brandy will give you around 400 to all mind stats. Ahrisa will give you around 400 to just Focus. Brandy is going to do about a 50% stomach fill, so you can take two on an empty stomach. That gives you +800 or so to all mind stats. Ahrisa comes in at around a 33% stomach fill, so you can take three on an empty stomach. Even at a 35% stomach fill, you caneat two now, then after a short while take a third. BothBrandy and Ahrisa last for about 35 - 40 minutes.Eating 3 Ahrisawould give you up to an additional 1200 to Focus. So taking two brandy and 3 ahrisa would boost your mind stats an additional 800/2000/800. If you are at 700/700/700 as you seem to be indicating, that would be 1500/2700/1500. So with mind costs being 0 at around 1600 or so, you would have 1100 worth of Focus to lose to armor HAM costs before you wouls start seeing mind costs.
An alternative to takingtwo brandy and three ahrisa is to take two brandy one ahrisa and one canape. Canape has about the same stomach fill as Ahrisa, but canape boost both Focus and Willpower by 700 rather than just focus by 400. Taking two brandy, one ahrisa, and one canape would boost your mind stats by 800/1900/1500, giving you 1500/2600/2300 before armor costs. The only downside to this is that ahrisa lasts longer (35 - 40 minutes) than canape (around 10 minutes), so you will need to take additional canapes every 10 minutes or so. However, while giving up only 100 focus to the three ahrisa configuration, you gain 700 to Willpower (boosting your regen rate) and you have about 1/3 of your stomach left in reserve or to take another low stomach fill food. You just have to be more aware of when your canape runs out so you can take another every 10 minutes or so.

1400-1500 focus seems to be around the area where I have 0 mind costs on specials. So treat it like 2100 if you plan to wear 700 enc comp. May give you an idea what you need to chow on.
