What are good stats on a rifle? Ive been one for A LONG TIME. I'm just curious if I have a good weapon or not. My rifles max at around 480 or so. SPD 4.8 or so. I hit mobs 500 + pts of damage every shot. This is without skill tapes or powerups. They are however sliced. Is there a better rifle out there that I am just not seeing? I pay over 200k for rifles like this. If so how much are they?

I see TKM hitting over 2500 almost every hit and they are FAST. Commando can hit that and then some (although not as fast) Am I missing something?

as you cap with a slow rifle at 97 speed.. a speed 4.8 will probably cap at master without extra SEA's .

what special are you using and are you a master rifleman?

At Master you have +90 speed. That will cap any Rifle with a base speed of 2.8 or less. If you want to cap that weapon you would need some SEA's or Master Marksman. Master Marksman lets you cap with 5.6 or less base speed.

You don't always want to look at the max damage. You need to look more at average damage. Having a high max is good but if you also have a low min then you have a large spread which makes the shots less predictable.

There are some good damage calculators out there. There is a link to one in the FAQ. It will help you decide which weapon and special will work best for you at your level.

You will of course have to factor in AP vs AR and any resists.
