I don't believe so. Wookiees can only wear Wookiee specific items.

Although there is a slight (very slight) possibility that this was corrected with the recent "wookiees can wear crafting aprons and belts" patch, no, wookiees cannot wear mabari belts. Mabari belts and Ubese bandoliers are both classified as Armor items, and coded such that wookiees cannot equip them. Wookiees can however wear any belts or bandoliers that fit under the Clothing item classification, these are the only items which a wookiee can currently wear at the same time as their armor. It should also be noted that a PSG plugs into your belt slot and a backpack into your bandolier slot. Armorered wookiees are severely deficient in amount of skill tapes they can have active when most needed.

On the plus side, since you are posting here I would assume you are a riflewook . Using a rifle in PVE greatly diminishes the need for armor for protection and allows for some interesting skill tape usage. Assuming four sockets on all, a wookiee could wear a BE enhanced hood, a BE enhanced shoulder pad, a BE enhanced bandolier OR modded backpack (quest reward), a BE enhanced waistwrap, a belt, then either a wookiee smock and gloves OR a pair of bracers (experimented solely for low HAM cost then condition and 4 sockets). Combat stat AA's are usually easier to find thanCA's, and if you remember to wear separate bracers when fighting in full armor situations you can make your "clothing" bracers last an awfully long time. The removal of our ability to wear gloves under our bracers has affected this adversely, but I believe that was done to remove armor holes in the new armors and would rather be down 4 sockets than not armored when I need it.

Hope this helps.
