hi i am thinking of goin rifleman-swordsman, both masters, and getting the rest on medic. anyone think this is a good template for big game huntin? i am alredy master swords and over halfway up the rifleman profession. just need your thoughts.

Its a very good provesion combo. If you gonna PvP, I suggest Master Rifleman, Master Swordman Fencer 0440 Medic 0010. Great PvE and PvP template.

not anywhere near as good as it used to be before the bleed nerf, but, it wouldnt be that bad of a combo, id say go for it.

I am Mater-Sword/Master-Rifle both speed capped. I love the template even if i find me more and more using swords over rifle. But it is good to know that you could whip someones back with a HUGE rifle if he dicides to run from your hammer

Yes, quite correct. The only downside to Rifleman/Swordsman is that you'll have fairly low defenses when compared to other templates. However, if you're going to invest points into Medic, you probably won't have to worry about low defenses since you can heal. The nice thing about Rifle/Sword is that both profs can target the mind, and both can dish out major damage. Plus, when you have the two together, you have access to every damage type in the game except electricity, I believe.

Just a hint...if your doing FS skill...get melee speed...dont know if they fixed it yet but it used to count for range speed as well...

rifleman + 400+ dmg jawa = ownage
swordsman +450 scythe = ownage
KD + dizzy defense = you got owned....
Best template against PvE but have fun getting up from a KD Dizzy....

Heading for this route right now along with master brawler and 2000 medic to treat any bleeds as well. Although the medic and some of brawler may go away if I decide to pick up any FS skill boxes. This seems to be the route to go if you want to deal out massive amounts of damage. Still working towards the master swords but with rifles already can cap my rifle xp in an hour and kill most anything I come across in my travels.
