rifle sliced, went to 29% speed... not so bad I suppose, just throw some damage powerups on it

i have a nice e11 with good accurency, used a +60acc mob dropped scope from a FS-mob and got my WS to experiment all on acc. Result is this

i use it exclusivly to AE stun and AE dizzy, those stacked template guys can do nothing as seen here, hehe

How do you get a laser that looks like that?
Have your weaponsmith custommake the rifle using an advanced stock and advanced scope. The stock, scope, and rifle cannot be made in afactory as the factories strip the visuals from the weapon. Only the player who equips the weapon will be able to see the stock and scope on there but if it's on a wall or being shown in a trade window both stock and scope will show up.

Not the best of Tarq but it does the job quite nicely
My current laser, lately I've been switching between this and every other type of rifle I carry, best to know strengths and weaknesses of the different guns you can use.

Not if they speed cap us. 
I always aim for speed on my rifles and ham costs. It's a safety net. Here is some of my "damage" rifles. I'm aware of our speed situation. I've defended it many times on the Correspondent forum.
