Now you can do commando damage at slightly more than pistoleer speed...

Q-3PO said that SWG was not an uber loot game...that gun I think qualifies as uber-uber loot lol
The devs have a sense of humor, a Nightsister drops a super gun that she is not vulnerable to (do Elders have 100% energy resist like the stalkers do?)

Well congrats on that rifle but...
It is game breaking, these exceptional and legendary things are just game-breaking. I cant think of anything else to say about them, it just sucks that loot cant be more readily obtainable.
