Sorry, what is a WCer??? There is a stat cap also, so they couldn't get too high in one pool.

Weapon Crafter, next patch they will be able to decrease HAM costs.

Good to know, thanks.
That could be benificial to rifleman as well. A "fixed" T21 with lower HAM cost, power-up'd for damage and sliced for speed would be amazing.
