I'm inclined to believe its a Doctored photo - simply because I've never seen something with such high condition freshly looted. And all exceptional stuff starts with 750 condition.

wait, now I'm confused... If all looted exceptionals drop at 750 condition and you've repaired it, how's it still at 750 max?

This rifle is a monster. It got a 34% dmg slice on TC-Ahazi and with a powerup was hitting for 4k-6k dmg in pvp. Here's a screenie of my combat log. Stallone, as you an tell, is the one with the rifle.

...all I can say is...get 60m from a group of overts from the other faction...Adv strafe, then run for a few seconds, go back Adv strafe again to incap, run up and DB em all lol...God I want that.

It will mean nothing. You have to have a carbine or 2h-sword equiped for counterattack to fire, so the mod is just for show in this beast.
