Thread: Decrease in ranged running speed
"If a ranged speed slowdown is implemented, it should be equal across the board for ranged weapons. I still think that rifleman and commandos will be hurt the most by it in this case (from the above arguement)but it wouldn't be as bad. "
The slowdown will destroy us in pvp. If pistol users outrun us we will have hardly any chance of winning, they will beable to move in to close range while we miss almost everyshot.
The devs are nerfing t21s and runspeed ect.. ect.. when the biggest problem in both pvp and pvm are the knockdowns. The big patch supposedly "nerfed" knockdowns butmade them stronger in pvp, they get a 50% dmg bonus for pulling it off. Another funny thing is the supposed increase in knockdown ham cost basicly made it even with rifle special move cost. Pistol users only spend 150ish ham to knockdownthis is the same cost for any special move I use with my t21 rifle.
Rifleman are alrdy balanced with melee classes in pvp we take 2.5 times the dmg. Its the pistoleers that can beat meleers at any range even melee cause of the stupid knockdown moves. When will the devs finally realize that there needs to be a 20-30 second imunity timer for knockdowns?

So true. A pistol user can be stationary at ANY range and defeat melee proffessions with ease. They don't even have to kite. Funny thing is the pistoleers on the actual dev post are saying rifleman should run slower then them and pretty much everyone else in the game rofl.
Guys we ALL need to make sure we post our opinion about runspeed/rifleman in the following thread. Lets use the same tactic we used to get the devs attention with the T21.
