how? only bugs I can think of here is it wasn't showing the shooting animation, or maybe you only damage your targeted mob in the cone, not the others which are in it?
and if you had it before you say you already were master before, why ask for help now?
ok little tip from me: if you find it hard grinding get mask scent, killing animals before they even aggro you is nice

Thread Hijack (well, putting it back on topic for a sec)
Someone mentioned using the sennex cave for xp, can you get away with shooting those guys at ideal range? Or do they come running up to you? If they come running up to you, what's the best way to deal with them at Novice RM level? I've only dealt with them up close via TKM so I don't know how they react to ranged attacks. I'd really like to sit 60m back with my sniper edition laser rifle (scope + stock = +60 at 60m ideal) and be able to trash on 'em.
