Yes they can.

Back in the day, when everyone was a nub and 10k was a lot of credits. I was hunting jawa's for some good xp and loot. Looted 12 Jawa's over a few hours, sold all but 4. Made around a good 30k. Armor wasnt a thing back then, so i just saved up.

lol rancors can drop anything too! i looted an ancient bull one and i looted a 256 mind poison bowcaster off him lol, now we know what he had for lunch .....
