Careful there. Currently, yes Adv. Lasers are equivalent in stats to a T21, but I have 3 or 4 Jawas that have higher DPS than my t21, but the T21, being higher level, still does more damage by a factor of almost 30%. FYI

I think it's tied to the level certifications...by which I mean a Jawa will do "20%" less than a T21 or adv. laser b/c its level is lower. (20% being a random figure, not evidence)
As the Jawa and T21 both do non-elemental energy damage currently, the difference in damage is easily noticed on the same target.
