i have a t21 with 408 max but speed sliced and speed puped the speed is round 3.6. ill have to make sure next time i get on tho.

boy isnt that a nice rifle. lol. i think u shoudl post it on the what si the crappiest rifle ever seen post. lol 3 strength. hehe

None of those touch the exceptional loot on my server (Sunrunner), not sure of all the stats but max damage was about 2500.
