NS Elders aren't 100% to energy. I've killed two and they were both 25% to energy.
Also, don't bother hunting them. This is a one in a million drop. For my two kills, I got credits. Not even a lot of them either.

Well I am now the proud new owner of this weapon, and the Rebels on Scylla will be happy to hear that for the time it is going to be a very expensive pice of art, for now.............
