... if some1 could tell me how i can reply with a quote plz, i forget after my break lol

Sorry to tell you this but while all that speed may show up on your character sheet the actualy mechanics of the game are only using +25 from them. Currently the system is setup so that the enhancement to any one skill above +25 from attachments is ignored.

Example: Say I have two +15 ranged speed attachments on my armor. In the character sheet I'll show as having +30 ranged speed. Whenever the calculations are done behind the scenes though the extra 5 accuracy will be discarded. So with your +90 attachments you're only actually gaining a +25 improvement. 65 of that is a waste.

true that 65 of that is discarded unless he has +25 rifle speed and +25 gen ranged speed.

Yes I forgot about the fact that you could mix both Rifle Speed and Ranged Speed into your SEAs but that still doesn't change the fact that +90 is a waste. Instead of wasting 65 though only 40 of that is a waste.

Speed AAs/CAs are very useless now, what you should go for is Accuracy, those attachments will do ALOT more. You will hit more often and do more damage if your Accuracy is higher than the target's Defense, meaning you will gain a sweet damage-bonus.

If you have more accu than your target will u get a pre-set bonus just for having more or is it calculated by HOW MUCH more u have?

Speed isnt more useless post-cu imo.

Also its not just the charcter sheets, i noticed an increase in my effc with the +50 speed (wasted). although i dont have number or facts yet...

Your accuracy and the defense of your target influences where in the damage range (min / max) of your weapon the damage you do is. So the more your accuracy is above the targets defense, the closer the damage you deal gets to the max damage stat of your weapon.

So whats he point in getting all the speed when your limited by how fast your specials recharge. Does speed decrease the special refresh rate. I was under the impression that it didnt therefore once our modified speed drops under 2 weapon speed no longer mattered at all anyway. Unless of course your basing your judgment off of dps shwn on the weapon wich i was also under the impression that DPS can be very misleading.

speed does affect recharge rate.
