not sure if it was changed, but when my group looted it were were deep within the myyydril caves, but not in the Necrosis chamber. droped off one of the spiders in the huge cave before speaking to the robot, where the wookiee with the robot arm is

This is a random loot drop from Necrosis himself. So I doubt you will see a lot of them on each server. Not the easiest guy to take down and when you can he may or may not drop it!
Kolibrilator is correct. The Ursori'is it can be looted from is named Nefarious. Nef spawns about once every 40 minutes but you can hop instances to run it over and over again if you like. It is not a common drop by any means.

This is a random loot drop from Necrosis himself. So I doubt you will see a lot of them on each server. Not the easiest guy to take down and when you can he may or may not drop it!

nope..i looted it off that urnsor'is thing w/ the N-name..Nefarious or something

I obviously mixed this up. It is Nefarious that drops this rifle. It is a random drop.

I added 3 clickies to the first original post....easier to see the rifle now and the 2 screenshots of how to fire it.
