Master Riflemen / Combat Medic here...

Riflemen and Healer (Medic, Doc, CM) is not a bad combo at all. Granted, with these combos MIND is everything. Therefore, make the best use of it with stats, food, drugs and TACTICS BABY!!!

Riflemen do not need pets to kill. This is true solo PvE (Mercs on Lok, Nightsisters on Doth) or group'd PvP.

I've never been a CH so I have very little input to give ya. I do know you don't have the skill pts for Master Riflemen/ Master CH and Doc however, you could still have most of the Medic prof. That would still be a rather good 3 hit combo.
