We have tested block and it does work... just not well

we tried different levels of accuracy and the higher the accuracy vs the target with block the less often it kicked in

once we hit the master rifle ++ stage block even on a capped rifleman/pikeman was going off less then 10% of the time while holding a rifle

while holding a pike it hit 30% (including COB macro)

against a uncerted weapon (effective zero accuracy) capped block stopped 95%
