i just wanted tosay that i surrendered all my smuggler and pistoleer skills and im having a blast with rifleman. i already made boxes 4,0,3,4 in 3 days and its fun and challenging if mobs dont warp on top of myself and i get an unlucky streak of misses.
i guess its real hard to lvl up rifleman from scratch but i had 300k combat exp spare to put in the special abilities line and tons of muon gold to help in the expgrind. it seems to make all the difference like aldeon said but i really see no way how a newcomer can lvl rifleskillswith the current mindham costs and not going mad in the process. perhaps some passive mindgeneration bonusfor rifleman to reduce downtime between fights would help people really out.
Well the thing is when u are atleast up to5-6 levels into the branch of
rifflemen your riffle accuracy is pretty dang good...i'm at 80 to 90% now

And this was reported on...the devs have not answered yet.
It was, all people gain major in-accuracy while moving, or shooting a moving target. The idea behind it was to help melee catch up to people.

With +66 to melee and ranged D I am tickled pink with the changes to hit. I have seen a huge increase in misses against me with the patch. Finally something to help us that decided to break out of the box and do something unique.
