There are the stats for a "perfect" set or armor.

Recon 7000-E 5000-K 6000-S

Assault 5000-E 7000-K 6000-S

Battle 6000-E 6000-K 6000-S


You can get suits layered to go above the cap at the expence ot another stat. Like my Tantel(recon) is:

8080-E 3920-K 6000-S



Bloodfin: Spitoc Akewri-MBH/MR/Pisotleer 0-4-0-4
Vivo Eda-TKM/MSwordsman/Doc 4-0-0-0
Eclipse: Rota-future MCH/MRanger

if you dont mindnot having any medical skills for training and only relying on Stim Ds and Ruby Bliel drink, you can try this build:


Master Rifleman/Master Pistoleer/Master Marksman/Carbineer0440/CombatProwess(FS)4200/EnhancedReflexes(FS)4300


gives you the following:


Ranged Accuracy with Rifle: 352


Ranged Speed with Rifle: 126 (according to the faq anything past 125 suffers from deminishing returns)


Melee/Ranged Defence with Rifles: 180/245


Special Shots: Adv.Sniper Shot, Adv. Startle Shot (good for an extra bonus shot toa KDed mob occasionally), Adv. Stopping Shot (good for keep target at max range), Imp. Charging Shot (KD), Imp. Crippling Shot (snare - also good for keeping targets at range), Ranged/Placid Shots (Combo - good quick set of shots that do decent dmg for the speed and SAC cost)
