that not total true with 50 extra speed from tapes and a buff from doctor its a good notice above normal thou i dont have the 50 extra speed from tapes so i cant test this but the doctor buff helps loads.

Whichever one you go with, it shows me that the quest/looted rifles still don't compare. Oh, and they seem to have variable stats too.
