So we can only use a ranged DB is we have a cybernetic arm? How crazy is that?

Nice. Didnt even think of that. It be nice if the description of these things would tell you that. Instead of leading to believe its meant to be a high damage hit.


So how about the other Cybernetic shot, what does that do?
