I quite like it...I like that fact that eh t21 is now actually useful in more situations than it was before

I pvped all day yesterday and I have to tell you Master Riflemen still rule. I'm not too fond of this damage mitigation crap. Yah we stay alive longer, but I miss my one shot kills. Plus it makes your las rifle practicaly useless if your fighting someone with rdm 3.
