This is a nice rifle BUT I think the main problem with it isn't that the damage is so low but the fact that it is an action DoT and not mind or health. Since we can't actively target the action pool this doesn't work well in PvP. Now I know we can't actively target the health pool but we hit it 60% of the time so even a health DoT would be a lot nicer than an action one. The damage on these guns are irrelevant since all you have to do is equip this rifle, hit the DoT, and then switch to you[insertyourweapon of choice here].
