use two brandies and some Arisha. It should get your focus up to 1500 which will make mind cost nothing. Hunt quenkers if you have decent armor

"PvP you will of course have heard headshot2/3 + mindshot 1/2"

Does this mean both headshot2/3 and both mindshots 1/2? If so what's the purpose of having both up if one's better then the other? Thanks.

Stats after you master that you will want to have for hunting jedi will be 400/400/400, 400/400/400, 1100/1100/800. Till then, your stats are fine - you will have to be buffed at all times in order to fire pretty much any rifle for more than a few specials as the drain, even on your health and action with 400 secondaries will be high. And, of course, you will always need to have your mind in the 12-1500 focus range in order to fire specials without draining your intelligence.

When you're levelling, I'd recommend a speed sliced laser till you hit novice. After novice, I'd recommend a speed sliced T21 with speed powerups until you get a couple speed boxes. You can eventually switch out the speed powerup for a damage powerup, and then after master and after you spend a couple million on rifle speed tapes to hit +97 speed, you can switch out the speed sliced T21 for a damage sliced T21 and power it up with a dmg pwp.

Jedi hunting, you'll want to be using your most accurate gun - that'd be a DXR-6. They're acid damage which is nice, but the key is the range mods on them. A regular T21 is around +30 ideal range, whereas a regular DXR-6 is around 100 and if made right, can be +130 or more. Rifles will hit just like pistols, meaning not often, against master sabers. But, to be honest, you're going to know what you're going up against when you take the mission and see how much the payout is, so just be prepared. If the payout is low, you know you can drop them fairly easily as they won't block many shots - if the payout is high, expect to have the majority of your shots blocked and focus on living as long as you can. Mind buff, use your dxr6, use citros snow cake for the accuracy bonus, use thakitillo so you don't end up on your back, and plan to not connect on every hit. Just kite and stay out of their best damage range and you'll do alright - force run kind of hurts that whole staying out of range deal, but do your best. The damage that a rifle kicks out is so high, that even against a knight you can do alright if well prepared.

Hi, I am new to rifleman and I was wondering how effective it is withough master marksman or SEA's (until I can afford them). Also, I was thinking of getting a melee profession (TKM, Pikeman, or Swordsman) and was wondering wich was the best for making money so I can afford those SEA's. Also, if anyone has any tips of the trade I'd love it Thank you for any and all help.

Rifleman is very effective even without speed cap - but you should seek out speed sliced weapons vs damage sliced weapons.

RM/Swords = probably most effective money making in the galaxy

RM/Swords is sick. If you can fit in some medic to keep you going, there really isn't anything you can't take.

Alright, it wouldn't let me move till i respecced, so i did master bh, master rifleman (well 4444, just gotta get to master),and 2xxx cm.

I basically have no idea when to use what skill, when. If anyone could just give me a brief runthough, like which skill I use as a basic 'attack' (other than auto-attack) that would be great.. As I've never played rifleman before.

edit= totally new to the CU thing, havent played in forever ..

OK..another person who hasn't looked in the stickies...

Well, I'll give you a few notes on this new cu thingy:

So you don't have master, which means you can't use a t21, adv startle, or adv snipershot. Stick with your adv critical shot (bh) to deal damage, underhand (bh) to knockdown, eye/confusion to land states (bh) and headshot (rm) when critical is cooling down (Their timers are different)

When your enemy doesn't know you're there (bh-ing, hunting...) find a spot to /cover and fire two of your best conceal shots (rm). Your last shot should then be your best snipershot, followed by a snare. By now you should be on your feet andmoving away ifyour enemy's not dead yet. Keep moving away and firing critical/head, and it should go down fast. If you want to, landtorso(bh), eye, and confusion to cripple your enemy (If they have high endurance). Throw in some cm stuff if you'd like, but only when your enemy is 40+m away, best part of rifleman is hurting and not getting hurt.

To armor, use recon armor or assault armor (better assault for now because of the mbh). Assault would protect more from kinetic, and recon more from energy. Put on a psg too, they're useful

As for weapons, stick with the best non master rifleman rifle you can get your hands on...laser rifles or quest loots. Anything that your combat level can take (which should be 80, the max)

Hope this clears it up for attacks

it all depends on what you want to do with your template. If your MBH for the Jedi Hunting the skills you want to keep on your task bar is conceal, conceal shot, snipeshot, kneecap shot, head shot. The conceal is great to get the drop on your targe, snipe will just do massive ammounts of damage (if it works), kneecap will snare them and headshot does exactly what it sounds like it does.
