I've got a 647 max 5.9s laser rifle with a 30% damage slice and 32% damage attachment on bria server

I don't think anyone understood my post completely, of course that T21 seems like it had poor quality materials but when you craft a weapon, either it's crappy and you fall in the lower range of the min dmg AND max damage possible or you get an awesome weapon and have both a high min damage and a high max damage.

If the range is 85-115 and 200-375 on the new T21 rifles post patch, I have NO idea how anyone can craft a 126-217. Excellent min damage and crap max damage? How?!?
