Well, we are in the rifleman forum, so as master,I have a lot of skill points there. And unfortunately for me, I am also master smuggler which I really enjoy and don't want to give up. So I was speeking selfishly. I don't have any extra skill points for pistol with my template, so I was dependant upon Low Blow/Panic Shot for KD. For those who do have extra skill points for Pistol, you speak the truth!
