Thread: Will a master Rifleman be ok without any ranged weapon support abilities...
Suppression Fire and Warning Shot are nearly mandatory for PvP.
Even with posture downs getting a nerf, you only need to do it once. Flurry to make them dizzy, suppression to make them kneel. They try to stand up and they'll fall over and generally stay on the ground for quite some time. I haven't even been doing headshots lately, I just do flurry + suppression.
Warning Shot is for the Master CH who istrying to kill you with his supermonster. I've been one-shot-killed when some CH does a surprise revenge TEF on me with his pet, so these things are nasty. And remember in this upcoming big patch, pets will not get distracted -- when they tell their pet to kill you, it will kill you and the only thing that's going to get it off of you is someone else doing a Taunt, Rescue or you doing a Warning Shot before it gets to you.
