Without the mod it's less...but then again when will I be without a mod?

Well alderon or whatever(cant remeber) I dunno where you heard that resources shouldnt be in the game yet for t21s..But come to bloodfin quite a bit of weaponsmiths can make them, its just the matter of they take almost 6-10x as much resources as say one good pistol(just a guess, im not a WS, just a lonely rifleman).

Radiant cant even make laser rifles yet Was kinda cool for the first couple weeks... now its gettin annoyin

The only laser rifle i've seen on Radiant was the one looted off a mob. It was hitting 7-206 with speed of 8.0 and was sucking my HAM like crazy. I ended up getting rid of it in favor of E11.

According to the guide I have, base models:
DPM

Highest to lowest.

Rifle/Carbine/Pistol (T21 at say 1.9K, best pistol at around 1.2K)

T21 being the top of all.

Given base damage = 100

And the AR post was a little off. Say you use an AR2 rifle (T21 is AR3) on player crafted (AR1) armor. You do 25% more damage (25% per point ABOVE the armor AR rating). = 125 damage

A pistol of AR 0 (only one has AR1 = srcombat pistol) hitting the same target would do 50% less (50% per point BELOW) = 50 damage.

Widens that gap doesn't it?

Heh, you guys are lucky, due to resources not changing at all, the best weapons on Starsider are DLT20as. SG82s are bugged in terms of durability and the plumbum that is used for E11s is crappy. My non-sliced DLT20a only has like 16 DPS.
