doesnt it depend on your skills as to what spawns around you in areas? ie a new char will wonder around and only find low end mobs.. (well mobs of his level - but definetley not assassins). The ppl who have so far seen these assassins seem to have mastered an elite profession.. this may be why the rest of us cant find them. I could be wrong.

Im very close to master of elite proffesion. They obviously have to be static if people can kill them over and over and over.. just send the WP you got them at. its not hard, and Im sure if you did end up getting some t21's or such, you did keep the waypoint

yup the spawn is tied to the levels of the people in the area. so if u have a buddy that is a master elite bring him and u will some better spawn.

I saw 3 types of mobs toting around T21s today... yet I didn't get one

Still one was some humanoid in Kor Vella outside of the med center... NAME (CerSec) cersec or something like that. Then I was on Dathomir and some guy in that Escort the bull rancor mission had one, didn't drop it. Don't remember the third, but I did kill an Assassin for a mission on Dathomir.. it dropped a CDEF pistol BOOYAH

BTW, Sardines....I was on Dath this morning, and was sniped by a Singing Mountian wench for 3449 mind dmg, I was shocked needless to say, the shot came out of no where, then she walked up. Im assuming it was a T-21 based on the amount of damage I took from range. I wasnt able to make out the weapon though, silly me didnt take a SS

Astrida. That's bull$hit. There is no way that you could be doing 1700+ damage as a Marksman. As a third tier Rifle Marksman, you honestly do not have the skill to be doing that.

Wad does electricity dmg if Ion rifle does Stun dmg ?

SG82 - Cold

Laser Rifle - Energy

Spraystick - Acid ?

Jawa Ion Rifle - Electricity ? Stun ?

Hehe why do people think you cant do much dmg with a rifle? at rifle 3 skill (in marksman) i was able to do 1700 + dmg with overcharge shot 1. Being a Zabrak wiht optimal mind pools It took almsot no ham to fire it either. I notice also that ION rifles (cold damage) do like no damage to certain lairs.

As for T-21, when they are fixed they will be UBER. they are suppsoed ot be AR 3 , btu are currently bugged to AR 0. In other words they are supposed to be doing ((Dmg x 1.25) x 1.25) x 1.25 against AR 0 opponenets. hats 25 % above a laser rifle and with higher low and high end dmg. That is once they are repaired.
