NO ONE SAID MASTER RIFLEMAN WERE MISSING 50 % of their shots.

Its MASTER RIFLEMAN that are complaining they dont miss, when everyone WHO IS NOT is missing that much.

Are you misreading or just closing off everyone who isn;t a master rifleman yet?

Also if you would read the post Im asking for other lgos, from non-master rifleman, to see if there is a major difference.

The best solution would be just to reduce the accuracy given at master, and add it as you go up the line.

That way those below master would get a boost to accuracy and master would still keep the overall percentage they get now.

I will get some logs dont tonight with all the variables involved.

proly more going to markman line, since im not rifleman yet on my shadowfire toon.

but right now with rifle 3, since the patch, my kill go about 30% evades, 30% counterattact, 30% miss, and a huge 10% hit. so that explain why i get more 2 hand xp than rifle xp atm.

I dont rememberleveling rifle being that bad, when i had did it went up to 4 box in rifleman with my kauri toon.

We are missing more even Masters in PvP that is pretty much a fact. This causing two things that I know the Devs didnt think about.

1. Our Mind use makes each and every miss a 140+ damage (T21) hit to our Mind. This is no diffrent then before, but when we miss at the rate we are now it leads to my secound point.

2. With the misses we are forced to use auto attack and rarely use specials if we want to stay alive. This is not to bad IF you have a Pre-Nerf T21, for the people that dont this is not even a good option.

I dont have all the answers when it comes to fixing these problems, I shouldnt have to I am after all the paying customer. But I do know the Rifleman is in a unique situation, and I would say Carbiniers are kinda in the same boat also, but they can heal their insane HAM cost.
