aye, the kimos are fairly simple to solo, but thats a great lookin pic 
the GDK are the fun ones to solo, i suggest u try them out b4 u hit up a krayt. heres the ultimate secret to soloing krayts/GDK.....
1.conceal shot till you are aggrod
2.intimidate them if u have the skill
3.warcry them if u have the skill
4.stack a bunch of intimidates on em
5. kite them to a local spawn of higher end MOBS (bull rontos/snorbals)
6. hit peace and wait for the creature to use an area attack to aggro the mob around u
7. hit peace again
8. back up and shoot
because creatures have 5x the amount of HAM players do they make the best tanks possible to get with 40% kinetic resistance or higher they will last a very long time if you can keep the intimidate on the creature

who needs a creature tank if u got an uber-tank-buddy 
taking on a krayt with the 2 of us
ok, last night with the increased krayt spawning was a bit worse... we kinda got owned by them... (feigning too late)

Two Imperial Mon Calamari - both rifleman - both in the same clothes (and it was an accident!)
We had never met before... very cool experience

just went out and soloed some krayts. they are tough! i find it nearly impossible to concealshot them to death, mainly because they pace about 30-40m back and forth while shooting, so u gotta get real close to keep them in-range while conceal shooting but ur so close that the buggers aggro >_< however with a SL bot in your group you can kite them with fair ease as long as u have some sort of clothing with some rifle acc while moving. also, tatooine is much harder than lok to have creatures tank for you as i said above everything here has low ham and low resistance, so kiting is the only way, just make sure u got lots of stim d's to aid your way.
PS go to jabbas palace, on radiant theres a static spawn about 500m east of the main gate. killed 16 krayts earlier. only got crap loot though :/
