LOS isnt important for npcs *grrr* droids in DWB liek to shoot through 5 walls. I want THIER guns.

Hate to say it but Sniper Shot works for me over 95% of the time. LOS has to be taken into account, once you hit it you can not move the mouse at all and taking time are all very important. You cant run up, flop down and fire.... does not work that way.

Ran some tests on this last night. I used all suggestions in this post. Sniper shot did not work a single time, in pvp, or pve. On an off chance later while grinding I gave it a try while on a hill. It not only worked, but continued to work until the creature was dead. I then crawled forward about 2m, and tried again. It would not work, and did not work again for the rest of the evening. There is no trick to this, it is flat out busted and works randomly.Thanks for fighting for us on this one Ackehece. Hope you get a response in the next few days.

Have you tried experimenting with Kip up, Roll and Dive moves? They seem to work well for mitigating damage vs ranged opponents.

If your 40m away sniper shot should work fine, did for me, I killed2 jedi bikes in less than 1 min like that hahaha

snipershot is still marked as buggy by the devs... no idea when a fix is in pipe - will check again tomorrow

anyway - hope you have luck finding that Jedi to pop him - he has a better cloak system then we do....

One thing that I did notice is that cover is very hard to go into on Dant. I did run into a situation where it and snipershot worked 100% of the time though. If you get an NPC mission that spawns a rebel or imperial base, the land around the base is adjusted and flattened for the structure. If I was on this flat platform and 20m away from everything, I could get cover, conceal and snipershot to work 100% of the time. I think the person who pointed out it is a terain problem is right, maybe if you pass that on to the devs they can fix it faster.
