by the way I've been playing since the month of release and the speed cap rumor existed then and still nothing has been done so take that for what it is worth.

I hate to call someone a wuss but come on man. Ban you? as long as you have a valid credit card and CD key you cannot be banned from this game. If you don't believe me then ask yourself why they haven't been able to stop all the ebay activity and general exploiters.

Otherwise what was the point of you posting other then to say "neener neener I know something you don't know".
