I must admit I love Rifleman with Carbineer and I have tried a lot of combos. The only reason I may not master is I want Squad Leader too.

Last I was on I had sniper shot successfully fire twice the entire time I was hunting. It would usually warm and do nothing.

The last testing I did indicated .2% damage / hit / point of accuracy. I haven't tried since the RotW went live. I'm too busy loving JTL to care.
