Yep, in the same time you can get cover and pop 3 concealshots you can pop two snipershots and do more damage. Either way you get discovered in the same amount of time. Kind of makes /concealshot redundant in this situation.

Though I agree that it's ridiculous for concealShotted targets not to come looking for us, Jasco makes the important point. For damage over time, concealShot is pointless. You get at least as much free damage just for attacking prone from a distance.

Would the triangle of death be any different? If the target moves toward the last attacker, what difference does it make whether it's concealShot?
