Why put this in armor... you do realize that ubese bandleers, and ubese shirts take armor attachments, and even if they hit 0 condition the mods still apply...

/agree I do not use PSG, I prefer my belt, but many people refuse to give them up
BTW another tip: your psg will not work unless you reequip it everytime you shuttle 
I paid 2.7mil for a +10 attachment, would have paid more but the other bidders wimped out.Since for 99% of the population +7 is the ideal number for rifle speed, +10 isn't much better than +6, and +6 isn't much worse than +10. So in my opinion yes, its worth it.
Another way to think of it is with this +6 tape 99% of your reason to need to master marksman is gone. Even if you keep ranged support 1-4 thats still an extra 34 skill points you don't need to put into pistol and carbine. How much do skill points sell for on your server? What would you pay to have 1 or 2 more skill points almost indefinitely? What would you pay for 34?
Why not just get a speed powerup put it on your t21? Works for me, and costs less...alot less

Because with the tape, you can still shoot at the speed cap with a damage sliced gun, and either use a damage powerup for more damage, or no powerup for longer gun life.

With +97 speed, you get 1.0 on every attack with every rifle less than 9.6 speed.
