ST armor is the Rebel armor. They did rebel againt the lawful government (The Republic) and overthrow it. Which means what is commonly called the Rebel Alliance are really just Restorationists.

Wrong, the Senate made our Wise Emperor Supreme Chancellor.
Then our Wise Emperor decided to do away with the corrupt and inefficient Senate and replaced them with the honest and proficient Moffs.

He was made Chancellor. However he wasn't made Emperor. He seized that power and overthrew the legal government. It was a coup. But that still makes him the rebel.

I know, lets have 1 shot kills 100% of the time and 128m so we piss everyone off. We also have only a 1 sec speed so we kill a squad of 20 in 20 seconds o_O

It's suppose to. The Third Reich was the basis for the Empire. It was a bit of a moral lesson. Good vs Evil. Never let it happen again type thing. Look at the Imperial uniforms and that should also remind you of the Third Reichs uniforms. The use of the term Storm Troopers.
