It's a bit off topic, but since we are in the pvp area of discussion...

What would be the need-to-have equipment for pvp nowdays? Last time I pvped was when commandos could to 20000 dmg per flame single 2, and heat and acid armor were all over the place(When BHs and Commandos were the FOTM).

I boughta set of stun armor, some imp psgs, valsarian, and alot of arishia but I'm not sure exactly what is needed now to stay alive more than 5 seconds.

And yes, I am trying to go Master rifle/Master fencer(dodge)/tka 4404

Depends on your server. On bria, if you have the $$$ you can get armor thats 80% resist across the board. That becomes %90 with a good slice. However, everyone with any kind of money buys a stun helmet. Again, on Bria, about 120k will buy you a 40% stun 70% base (after slice) helmet.

PSG's are good to have of course.

For food, I use Brandy and Ahisra for mind stats, Sythsteak for defense, And those Air Cakes for the +40 to accuracy.

You'll want a T21, a DXR-6b, a Jawa Ion. And a few crates of Damage Powerups.

Then you'll want to get doctor, dancer, and musician buffs.

Then you'll be ready to take on anything this game has to offer

(don't worry about commandoes, they got kicked in the noots. There's burnout food, docs can make fire blankets, and commandoes cant stack the Flame DoTs on you anymore. The FT monkeys are gone and are using stun batons, pikes, and rifles now i guess.

^ Right on the money. Food, I have some different recommendations, but that's cause I'm a chef so I'm constantly working up new combos. When preparing for PVP anymore, I drink 2 brandies, eat 2 canapes, eat a synthsteak early, and eat 1 pikatta pie.

For PVP I recommend vagnerian canape instead of ahrisa for boosting your mind. The high is a bit more 700+ to focus and willpower, but for a much shorter duration - 10 mins or so and both have the same filling of 33. Ahrisa is +400 to focus (which is all that really matters for being able to hit specials all day) for 45 minutes, so it matches your brandy well and is very good in PVE.

Synthsteak is a must for PVP. You eat it well in advance so that it is emptied from your stomach before you go into a battle and it works for a set # of attacks against you - average is +45 damage reduction for 30-35 attacks.

Pikatta Pie is the most underrated PVP food there is. It is bugged in that it states it helps your dodge mod, when it actually increases your chances of an attack missing you completely, not your "evade" chance, so any profession can benefit from it. Average adds +50% to your chance that an attack will miss you for 25 mins or so and it's a 33 filling food so it can be stacked with 2 canape and 2 brandy to complete your stomach fillings.

Armor: 40% stun, 70% base is becoming more and more the norm. That's before slice, so you can get up to 90% base/40% stun with good slices. The closer to 40%/90% the better.

Guns: 2 guns worth krayting for PVP are your DXR6 and your jawa. DXR6's have become really useful due to their great range mods and acid damage. Use it to stick your state effects and then use whatever you like for damage, either your T21 or your jawa. Also, all PSG's are vulnerable to acid, so DXR6's are useful in getting past 1 more layer of defense. Jawas are useful because many still aren't getting stun resistant armor and even if they do, they are getting low level stun layers in the 5-10% range.
