actually secondary defenses do work on bikes ^_^
block dodge and counterattack can go off while riding if you are attacked.
especially when you want that /sniper shot to hit ... pesky melee stacker future corpses.... It's funny seeing the combat spam of a stacker incappy dodging /snipershot

"React to an attack" in this case refers to riposting with an autoattack.

Yeah it adds extra meaning to the phrase, "Dodging a bullet" hehehe.
