You really don't understand. You are obviously not a master, so why are you trying to degrade us. Ive beaten the best BH's on my server, yes I lose sometimes, I by no means am a God. But Rifleman are extremely dangerous, dont ever forget it. Headshotting for 700 damage every second, no one can take that I don't care what you try to say. As for pets, I really have no trouble with them, only when I get tefed with a rancor or something.
As for my weapons I use, I usually use my 798 laser rifle,5.9 speed (still shoot extremely fast) with 69 HAM cost. Its a custom rifle I made using special items to enhance the rifle, so perhaps that makes me elite...I really don't know.

Kill 7 people, heh. Yeah, 7 newbie medics sitting in the med center who didn't realize they had a TEF.
The first BH who meets you has no excuse to not win. All he needs is a level 15 non-agro Wrix for a pet, sic it on you and make with the eyeshots. The Wrix runs about 2x faster than burst run and will hit a rifleman for about 450 damage per shot and the BH will be hitting you in the mind pool for 200-350 every 1 second in my experience.
And god forbid you meet the ultimate combo: BH/CH. Try using your rifle with a Graping Hunting Spider on you.
What's that? Warning shot? Great! You go warning shot the pet and the time it takes you to do this will give the BH just the lead he needs.
What's that? You're a CH/Rifleman? Got a pet of your own? You take 2.5x damage from pets, the BH does not. Case closed.
You can always find an example of how you beat up some guy this one time. That is not evidence of a balanced profession. You can kill Master Commandos with a CDEF in the right conditions because Anything Works Against Idiots. You're a smart rifleman, but once you run into an equally smart bounty hunter you'll understand what the rest of us are talking about. A smart rifleman can beat a stupid bounty hunter. A smart rifleman cannot beat a smart bounty hunter. The balance is too far in his favor.
Dude there is no way in the world you headshot for over 700 with the current pvp settings.
That would make you a sure handed one shot kill.
I know because i have a pre nerfed t21 and headshot 3 for 120-340.
Im a rife myself not master but it doesnt add damage to your skill when you get up to master only acc and spd.
Headshot3 is headshot3. the only thing that changes that " is your weapon.
So your hitting 800 every shot on laser rifle cough cough sure not 200 300 300 50 700 giving you average of 300 as i said 
. Laser rifle do not have high min damages and if you did get a custom weapon you must wasted a lot dragon tissue on it. As from my understanding takes 11 identical to increase a rifle vs 1 tissue for a pistol. Or some ratio like that.
Now sure if a rifleman could get a godly weapon like then all FINE but balance is not taken on extreme cases.
Same as if i came in hear saying i only hit for 20 damage in pvp with my cdef and headshot 1. Sure if you have a prepatch (its prepatch its not surposed to be around). Or some godly weapon then you can compete.
As long as that bounty hunter not got a Godly pistol which is 11 times easier to make. Just for your information i saw one these scatter pistol and yes was sliced had a powerup but hit for 120 odd to 300 odd.

Yeah, and that much HAM cost on the gun means you're losing about 140 of your own mind per shot with 600 Focus. Muon Gold? Yeah, if you like PvP'ing for 5 minutes and then running to cower in a private house until the effect wears off.
And also, I think your average HS3 DPS is more like 200. 700 is in your dreams.
