AP doesnt count if the target has 0 armour (its different if they have LIGHT armour, but against an armour rating of NONE, which is jedi, heavy AP is no different to medium).
most (decent) dxrs have higher damage ratings than a t21, and theyre up to +100 pts more accurate, very useful in pvp

my dxr is 792 with p'up and i hit between 1100-1600 on jedi with srafeShot2....when i hit that is
